Abstract

What first struck me about EFT when I came across it more than 10 years ago was the generosity with which knowledge of the technique is shared and how many people genuinely desire to give back some of the benefit they receive from this extraordinarily simple and effective method. Between 2007 and 2009, volunteers from the Hispanic EFT community translated the entire contents of the original EFT website, over two thousand articles.

In 2011, we formed the Hispanic EFT Association (Asociación Hispana de EFT; www.aheft.com) and began certifying practitioners and trainers with requirements very similar to those of English language EFT Associations like EFT Universe and the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET). In this article, we present the experiences of three of our trainers with volunteer work in difficult circumstances in Ecuador, Spain, and Costa Rica. The challenges confronted and victories achieved, both small and large, provide valuable lessons for all those who seek to make the world a more loving place.
